EVERYTHING SEASONING BEER BREAD WITH ONIONS

Sauté the onion in the 3 tablespoons butter, low & slow until lightly caramelized. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spritz an 8" x 4"baking pan with non-stick baking spray. In a mixing bowl, add sautéed onions, half of the Everything Seasoning packet and dry mix (bread mix). Add beverage to bowl and stir firmly for 20-30 seconds (batter will be lumpy). Do not overmix. Scrape batter into prepared loaf pan. Melt remaining butter and pour over top of loaf. Sprinkle remaining half of Everything Seasoning packet on top and gently press down. Bake 55-60 minutes or until the top of the bread is lightly browned. Cool for about 10 minutes in the pan and then turn out onto a cooling rack and let cool completely.
